Our training program is offered on a monthly basis. We assist in saddle training, driving, and specialize in the training of gaited horses, particularly Tennessee Walking Horses. We also offer a Tune Up Program. Our clients bring their horses in for a month or more, and we will work you horse several times during the week to get it back in shape for you to ride.
SWF Inc. also conducts day camp every year. Our students range from children to adults. We offer an intense week of horses and it involves safety, ground work, grooming, stable management, ring and horse show etiquette, jumping, driving, and trail riding. It is difficult to convince the students to leave at the end of the week.
Our driving lessons are conducted once a week during the fall and winter months. We teach basic driving, harnessing, obstacle and pleasure driving. Carts and buggies are used to enable proper education and handling of all types of horse drawn vehicles.

For those who wish to enjoy a much slower pace, we teach trail riding. Our horses are traffic and trail safe and the trails are plentiful. We offer several weekends away primitive camping also. More experienced riders are welcome to join in on a week of primitive camping in the Allegheny National forest. They spend a week at a time camping with their horses, riding lush trails during the day, and sitting by campfires under the stars at night.
